Former South Central Falcon Zach Holton is our newest Pepsi Player Of The Week.
Holton is the reigning Area 1 player of the year for legion baseball in North Carolina. Area 1 includes more than 20 teams from Durham to the coast.
Holton is a versatile player for Pitt County Post 39. He was undefeated on the mound last year, going 4-0.
The Winterville native is staying close to home by going to Pitt Community College next year but he isn't ruling out transferring to a bigger school down the road.
