The Knights catcher at one point led the state in hitting with a batting average close to .700.
Conrad likely won't pursue baseball after high school after making a personal decision a couple years ago.
His dedication to that choice, coupled with his baseball talent and a 4.0 GPA are reasons enough to make Joel Conrad our newest Pepsi Player of the Week.
