Being able to call yourself a national champion in any sports is quite an accomplishment, but to be a national champion in three seperate categories is exceptional. Damon Goss has done just that in karate.
He took up the sport at the age of 5 and has been kicking his way to a room full of trophies and medals ever since. Both he and his father have earned black belts in the karate.
Damon has been the American Martial Arts Association national champion in forms, weapons, and sparring the last three years.
