Snow Hill - Greene Central's season came to an end Friday night with a 3-0 loss to Farmville Central but one Ram is hoping his baseball career is just taking off.
Senior outfielder Will Bynum will take his game to the collegiate level next season as he tries to follow his older brother's lead.
Freddie Bynum stared at Beddingfield High School and later at Pitt Community College before moving on to the minors and eventually the majors. The elder Bynum played for the A's, Cubs, and Orioles during his career and is currently playing in Japan.
Will is leaving a mark of his own having set the school record in steals going a perfect 32 for 32 as a senior.
