Farmville Central High School pitcher Justin Taylor has a fastball clocked consistently in the 90's and the senior will soon have a very big decision to make.
Taylor is committed to play college baseball at East Carolina University but could be drafted by a Major League Baseball organization in the amateur draft this June. Taylor would then have to decide whether to play at ECU or skip college and enter professional baseball at the minor league level.
