Jamie Berti helped lead the Southwest Onslow girls soccer team to a second state title in three years.
The senior scored the game-winning goal in overtime to beat Raleigh Charter in the NCHSAA 1-A East Regional final and then had a big assist against Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy in a 2-0 win in the North Carolina High School Athletic Association state 1-A women's soccer championship game.
