New Bern Wins 4A State Football Title

Chapel Hill -- New Bern's Jac Watkins scores the game winning touchdown with :26 left to play as New Bern beat Porter Ridge 39-38 in the 4A state championship game.

New Bern quarterback Josh Taylor led the Bears on a final drive that covered 80 yards on 15 plays.

Bears quarterback Josh Taylor was named the games most valuable player. New Bern finishes the season with a perfect 15-0 record.
