South Central Falls In Overtime At Eastern Regional

Northeast Guilford advances to Class 3A Eastern Regional final game with 83-82 overtime win over South Central.

Michael Griffith scored a game high 24 points and grabbed 10 rebounds while teammate Bryce Benjamin scored 20 points in the victory. Darrius White was the third Northeast Guilford player to score in double figures dropping in 18 points.

South Centrall (27-2) used balance scoring with five players in double figures led by Anthony Hilliard's 21 points but suffered it's second loss of the season.

    Some of SC players has the worst sportsmanship that I have ever seen. Some of the parents are just like them and it is sad. The conference was weak and they haven't played any competitive teams until the regionals.

    no such thing as luck...the harder you practice the luckier you get. SC has the worst sportsmanship of any school in the state!!!! Parents included!!!
