Wake Forest Tops USC In Bahamas, 77-63

PARADISE ISLAND, Bahamas (AP) - Coron Williams scored 15 points and Wake Forest moved into the fifth-place game of the Battle 4 Atlantis with a 77-63 win over Southern California on Friday.

Tyler Cavanaugh scored 11 and Madison Jones and Devin Thomas each had 10 for the Demon Deacons (6-1), who will meet Tennessee on Saturday to end their three-game run in the Bahamas.

Thomas added eight rebounds for Wake Forest, which got 35 points from reserves.

USC (4-3) was led by Byron Wesley's 12 points. Roschon Prince and Pe'Shon Howard each added 10 for the Trojans, who face Xavier for seventh place in the tournament on Saturday afternoon.

USC missed 20 of its 25 tries from 3-point range.
