ECU senior running back Vintavious Cooper is doubtful for the Tulane game Saturday, according to Pirates head coach Ruffin McNeill.
McNeill made the announcement Monday afternoon during his weekly press conference.
Cooper sustained concussion-related symptoms after a hit in the second quarter which left him on the ground for several minutes. He left the field under his own power but did not return.
Chris Hairston filled in for Cooper and accumulated 94 rushing yards in the 24-17 ECU win.
Cooper's injury is the second to the Pirates running back corps. Cory Hunter is out for the year with a knee injury.
