The Charlotte Hornets have four new players after Thursday's NBA draft.
They selected Indiana University's Noah Vonleh with the 9th overall selection. It's the second straight year the Hornets have taken a Hoosier in the first round. Charlotte took Cody Zeller in the first round last year.
The Hornets then selected Shabazz Napier with the 24th pick. They traded him to the Miami Heat for the 26th and 55th picks. Those turned out to be former UNC standout P.J. Hairston (26th pick) and Semaj Christon (55th pick).
Charlotte also drafted Stanford's Dwight Powell with the 45th overall pick.
