ECU Women Top Tulane, Improve To 14-2

The ECU women's basketball team went on the road and beat Conference USA opponent Tulane Wednesday night 69-65 to improve to 14-2 on the season.

Abria Trice led all scorers with 29 points, including going 10-for-10 from the free throw line. Jada Payne added 16 points and 10 rebounds while Kristine Mial chipped in with 13 points.

Tulane entered the game with an impressive 11-4 record.

ECU returns home to defend a 21 game home court winning streak as the Pirates play host to Louisiana Tech Saturday at 5pm.
