Gordon Misses Cup Race

Long Pond, PA - Robby Gordon has been suspended by NASCAR
for today's race in Long Pond, Pennsylvania, because of misconduct
in last night's Busch Series race in Montreal, Canada. Gordon
refused to forfeit his position on the track when ordered to by
NASCAR late in the race. Officials say Gordon intentionally knocked
Marcos Ambrose out of the race and then refused to pull out when
A NASCAR spokesman says there could be further disciplinary
action taken against Gordon.
P.J. Jones will get the ride for today's race at Pocono in the
number-7 Ford.
