Colombian rider Juan Mauricio Soler won today's ninth stage of the Tour de France. And Denmark's Michael Rasmussen is still wearing the
overall leader's yellow jersey after the last of three Alpine stages.
The expected race contenders didn't gain any ground on Rasmussen
during the 99-mile trek. In fact, pre-race favorite Alexandre Vinokourov, who is nursing knee injuries from a crash last week, lost more time against the Dane.
