Belgian Tom Boonen won today's sixth stage of the Tour de France. And Swiss rider Fabien Cancellara retained the leader's yellow jersey
for a seventh straight day.
Boonen won the 124-mile race in a sprint finish.
American George Hincapie is fifth overall, 43 seconds behind the leader.
This is the last day before the riders head into the Alps for tomorrow's seventh stage.
