Kinston second baseman Brian Finegan hit a two out double in the top of the ninth inning, driving in two runs and giving Kinston the lead in a come from behind 5-3 victory at Winston-Salem. Down 0-2 in the count, Finegan drove the next pitch into the gap in right center giving Kinston (1-0) a 4-3 lead.
