I would like to see Al Davis give a coach a chance to build the Oak Raiders to a winning team instead of firing the coach after one year or half a season. The coach needs an opportunity to work his system and the players needs a chance to learn that system. I am a die hard Raiders fans and I hate seeing them lose the way they are. I believe if the coach and team had a chance to learn and understand each other things would be a lot better for the organization and fans. Al give the coach a chance to work his system. We who understands the game know it takes about 5 years to develop a strong foundation for a winning team. We want to win Al Davis give us a chance to accomplish that, thanks for listening.
