The cornerback and kick returner was suspended last season when he played for the Tennessee Titans because of a long list of arrests and legal troubles. In April he was traded to the Cowboys. Then in June NFL commissioner Roger Goodell allowed Jones to join the Cowboys at training camp and in preseason games.
Pacman's legal troubles include six arrests. One arrest tied him to a shooting at a Las Vegas strip club. He was also involved in twelve incidents requiring police intervention.
