Today marks sixty days until the start of the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.. which you can see right here on WITN. And there may be a few familiar faces from eastern Carolina competing for gold.

An athlete who has been training under Missy Cann in Cherry Point,
Sebastien Konan already knows what it feels like to be in the games.

In 2000 he was in the Olympics and finished in fourth place In Tae Kwon Do.

But this year he's getting another chance and this time he hopes to go into unknown territory...winning the gold in the sport.

A Greenville native, Charlie Ogletree, is a master at manning the sail.

He will be competing in his fourth straight Olympic games.

This time in China he's up for the sport of tornado sailing... A type of extreme sailing.
