Kinston a Winner on State Championship Saturday

After Kinston opened up a lead in the first quarter Trinity jumped backed into things. The Game was close throughout with Kinston winning 60-58 . Future Tarheel Reggie Bullock left the game in the third with an ankle injury, he did return in the 4th. He would finish with 13. Bo Ingram scored 21 points and was named the games MVP.

Other Schools from Eastern Carolina competing in state Championship games included Beddingfield for the 3A Girls and Pamlico County for the 1A Mens.

Beddingfield would fall to Concord by the score of 77-62. Pamlico County lost to Winston Salem Prep. 73-42.
