Devin Harris scored 23 points, Josh Howard added 21 points and 12 rebounds and the Dallas Mavericks held off the Charlotte Bobcats 102-95.
Two days after an 18-point rout at Washington, the Mavericks
jumped out to a 10-1 lead, led by 14 early in the fourth quarter,
then withstood a Charlotte rally that closed the gap to 90-87 with
two and a-half minutes left.
Then Dirk Nowitzki hit six straight free throws. Nowitzki had 20
points and eight rebounds for the Mavericks, who improved to
7-and-0 all-time against Charlotte.
Gerald Wallace had 22 points and 11 rebounds for Charlotte.
