Two For One Deal

The Atlanta Braves have acquired reliever Will Ohman and infielder Omar Infante from the Chicago Cubs for pitcher Jose Ascanio. A left-hander, Ohman went 2-and-4 with a 4.95 earned run average with one save this season for Chicago. Infante joined the Cubs last month in a trade with Detroit. He hit .271 with two home runs and 17 RBIs in 66 games with the Tigers this year.

The 22-year-old Ascanio was 1-and-1 with a 5.06 ERA in 13 relief
appearances for Atlanta this season, his first trip to the big leagues.
