Landis Files Appeal With Court Of Arbitration For Sport

Hoping to regain his stripped Tour de France title, Floyd Landis has filed an appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

Landis lost his 2006 title because of a positive doping test.

After losing an arbitration hearing in September, Landis promised last month he would appeal the decision to the CAS. The court will likely hear the case early next year.
