Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker Cato June was arrested early today and charged with driving under the influence. It happened several hours after the team returned from a win in Atlanta.
June, who turned 28 yesterday, refused to take a breath test and was booked into the Hillsborough County Jail. And he remained there for more than seven hours before being released on $500 bond.
The fifth-year pro spent the first four seasons of his career with the Indianapolis Colts. He signed with the Bucs as a free agent in March and had a team-high nine tackles and forced a fumble in the Bucs' 31-7 victory over the Falcons.
