Rockies Roll Over Phillies In Game Two

The Colorado Rockies own a two-games-to-none lead in the NL Division Series after Kaz Matsui launched a grand slam and drove in five runs in a 10-5 win at Philadelphia.

Jimmy Rollins gave the Phillies a 3-2 lead with a solo homer and a two-run triple. But Matsui put the Rockies ahead to stay with his fourth-inning slam, then added an RBI triple in a four-run sixth that put Colorado in front 10-3.

Matt Holliday homered for the second straight game and had two RBIs. Troy Tulowitzki also homered and Yorvit Torrealba drove in two runs in the rout.

Ryan Howard homered for the Phillies but ended the game by striking out with two runners on base.

Josh Fogg worked two innings of relief to get the win. Manny Corpas worked out of a bases-loaded jam in the eighth and closed out the victory for his second save of the series.

Loser Kyle Kendrick was reached for five runs over three and two-thirds.
