Commmenting on Dan This isn't about Tarboro its about Plymouth. I'm sure if those Tarboro Vikings want some of the Plymouth Vikings they can get some but they will be sorry.

I'm sure there has been plenty of "smack" talked from both sides...as you can see by some of the posts on here. I was, in no way, stating that our kids at Riverside are perfect, because we know that no one on this earth is. I was just stating that if those boys, who were acting up, had not done the things they did, they would not have been asked to leave. It all starts at home, and sadly, some kids just don't have the parental guidance they so desperately need. With that being said, I hope that both teams play a good, clean game on Friday night and that we have no injuries for either team. GO KNIGHTS!!

To one upset nana: First of all, it wasn't THE Vikings, it was some Vikings that were overly passionate and acted ugly that night. You should know that many of those well mannered Riverside children you were speaking of have been sending very threatening and lewd comments to Vikings via social network sites and personal cell phones. Maybe you should revise your "manners" classes you give at Riverside to include refraining from threatening others!

From what I've seen Riverside has an abundance of talent on both sides of the ball. They should do very well despite the lost of KJ. I think both schools should focus on the opportunity to play and enjoy. When I read some of these comments and see injuries that take place, especially what happened to the kid at Rocky MT Acadamy I wonder if everyone realizes how minimal winning and losing is.
