We were very proud of the ACES in their effort and sportsmanship. It would have been nice to see Tarboro athletes and fans exhibit the same courtsey.

I came all the way from the ATL. to see this game and it remind me of the Thriller in Manila between Ali and the late Joe Frazier the Edenton Aces played the two time state champion to a stand still and have nothing to be a shame of. Tarboro is lucky to get out of Edenton with a win and if Tarboro win the state again they should give Edenton their prop, because they were just an inch from losing their championship from a team they said would be the easiest team to they would play.

Tarboro, on the road again!! I don't understand it, why do the State 2A Champions have to keep playing on the road?

It goes by record going into the playoff. Tarboro may be the defending champs but they did not have the best record going into the postseason.

Congrats to Manteo beating Plymouth. I do not agree with the bullish attitude of that entire team, coaches, players, etc.

i agree with you 1a parent. If everyone would represent themselves like manteo fans and players we would all learn something. LOL what a load of crap
