Andre, you should be proud of your team. NE has a great team with some great young men. As I covered the game from the both sidelines I had the pleasure of meeting some of them and their parents. Even though Creswell lost to you all the game was played well with great sportsmanship from everyone. Some times it just is not your night as was the case that night for Creswell. Good luck to the Warriors, their players, and their coaches. The east is behind you.

Southwest Onslow beat Pender 48-14. Had to find it on the Wilmington paper.

Hello Barney Frank, can't say it is nice having you as holiday moderator. You are a bit inconsistent.

When can we expect to see Southwest Onslow v. Pender game results?

Man, Wallace-Rose Hill is laying some butt whippings on some people. They smacked Plymouth almost as hard as they smacked the Williamston Tigresses. I bet we won't be subjected to as many excuses from the Plymouth folks though. Sometimes you just take a whooping and it doesn't have anything to do with wet fields or so called "cheating refs". Better luck next year Vikings, you guys always seem to have a pile of athletes so you could make another run at any time. As for the tigresses, the Jamesville athletes ain't gonna help you enough to get you over the hump that lies in front of you. 1AA is a killer compared to 1A. You better hope they get that nursing program started at Martin Community College soon, you might need some nursing.
