One day after gun charges against ECU basketball player Shamarr Bowden were dropped, charges against Corvonn Gaines and Tylisman Armstrong have also been dismissed.

Gaines and Armstrong were arrested in downtown Greenville on April 29th and charged with being intoxicated and disruptive and resisting a public officer.

Tony Castleberry of The Daily Reflector originally reported that charges have been dropped against Gaines and Armstrong. ECU sports information director for men's basketball Jody Jones confirmed the report to WITN.

A request by WITN has been made for an interview with ECU head basketball coach Jeff Lebo to discuss the recent dropped charges on all three players. Keep an eye on WITN and witn.com for that pending interview.
