HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- One of the three Marshall Football players dismissed from the team on Wednesday is now behind bars.
18-year-old Michael Fleurizard II was arrested on Wednesday and charged with robbery.
According to a criminal complaint, on July 31, a pizza was being delivered to Fleurizard on Marshall's campus. Fleurizard is accused of throwing the pizza delivery man on the ground and kicking him while two other males grabbed the food and $290 in cash from the delivery man.
The delivery man was able to identify Fleurizard from a photo lineup.
The criminal complaint does not identify the other two people.
Fleurizard is being held in the Western Regional Jail on $50,000 bond. He could spend up to 10 years in prison if convicted of the crime.
Fleurizard will appear in court on August 13th at 10:30.
