Liberty Bowl Extends Agreements With C-USA, SEC

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) -- The Liberty Bowl has extended its agreements with Conference USA and the Southeastern Conference for the next four years.

The bowl announced the extension Tuesday and added that it has a contingency agreement with the Big East Conference that will give that league potential access to the annual game.

The 52nd game will be played this year on Friday, Dec. 31, and be televised by ESPN.
