Pirates Receive Votes In Latest AP Top 25, Houston Up To 18th

East Carolina picked up 3 votes in the latest AP Top 25 College Football Poll after Saturday's 25-20 win over Southern Miss. Houston moved up to the 18th spot after a 73-14 romp over Rice. The two square off for the C-USA championship in Greenville on Dec. 5th.

In the ACC, Virginia Tech is in at No. 11, Georgia Tech is 12th, Miami is 17th, and Clemson is down to No. 25. North Carolina dropped out of the poll after a 28-27 loss to NC State.

No. 1 Florida will meet No. 2 Alabama for the SEC title on Saturday.
