Withers Hopes To Get Players Back For Miami Game

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (AP) -- North Carolina interim coach Everett Withers says he hopes to have several injured players back for this weekend's Atlantic Coast Conference game against Miami.

Three starters -- center Cam Holland, and linebackers Kevin Reddick and Ebele Okakpu -- missed the win against Louisville with back and ankle injuries. In addition, kicker Casey Barth missed his third straight game with a thigh injury.

Holland, Reddick and Okakpu are listed as possible starters on the two-deep depth chart for the Miami game. Withers said Monday the team hopes that Barth can return to practice this week.

The Tar Heels are looking to become 6-1 for the first time since starting 8-0 in Mack Brown's final season in 1997.
