Tenuta Named NC State Associate Head Coach For Defense

Raleigh, N.C. - NC State head football coach Tom O’Brien has announced that Jon Tenuta, who has served as the Wolfpack’s linebacker coach since 2010, has been promoted to Associate Head Coach for Defense.

“Jon has played a key role in our team’s success for the past two years, including our back-to-back bowl victories,” said O’Brien. “He adds an enormous amount of experience and expertise to our staff and we are happy that he has accepted these new responsibilities as we work toward our goal of winning an ACC Championship.”

Tenuta, who has spent 16 of his 31 years in coaching as a defensive coordinator at seven different schools, will also receive a contract extension, which will run through May 31, 2014.

Also Jimmy, the Pirates are 37-29 over the last 5 years, and have played in 4 bowls. Please post your Wolpack numbers on here and compare! And our strength of Schedule is head and shoulders above NC State. Have a great day Jimmy

Who has played you guys more in recent years, the holes or pack. Stop living in the past, how far do you want to go back to compare. Just like a ECU / Hole fan, bet you pull for the holes in basketball dont' you, that's what is wrong with ECU fans and wonder why no conference wants them, fan base jumps ship during basketball season. ECU football sucked this year, Wolfpack had the best football team. They improved as year went on , ECU or the Holes did not. Now, get your life in order, stop living off your parents, and sitting around on chat lines talking to fat old guys. You moron!

Chris, are you that stupid? Wake best football in the state? Did they finish ahead of the pack in their own division this year? no. Did they win their bowl game? no. Did Wolfpack finish ahead of Wake in their division this year? yes. Did the Pack win their bowl game? yes. Did any other team in this state win a bowl game? no. Preseason polls for football next year, only team in the top 25 is the Wolfpack. The last team that has finished in the top 25, the Wolfpack. Listen, being a moron is no way to go through life, stop spending your money at wal-mart on the gay blue clothing and get a grip on yourself. To be honest, that is probably all you do, lol. You big dummy!
