No. 7 Duke Beats Penn 85-55

DURHAM, N.C. (AP) -- Ryan Kelly had 18 points and 12 rebounds to help No. 7 Duke beat Pennsylvania 85-55 on Sunday.

Seth Curry added 15 points for the Blue Devils (12-1), who scored 20 of the game's first 24 points to run out to a big early lead. Duke led by 18 points at halftime and by as many as 34 points after the break, sending the Blue Devils to their fifth straight victory overall and 43rd straight at Cameron Indoor Stadium.

Zack Rosen had 11 points for the Quakers (6-8), who played the Blue Devils almost even for the rest of the half after the opening flurry. But Penn's undersized front line couldn't keep Duke off the boards, with the Blue Devils finishing with a 47-29 rebounding advantage and getting several quick second-chance baskets that helped them take control.
