NC State LB Manning Out 3 Weeks With Injured Knee

RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) -- North Carolina State coach Tom O'Brien says linebacker Terrell Manning will miss three weeks with a knee injury.

O'Brien said after practice Tuesday that Manning will spent three weeks rehabilitating his left knee. The linebacker was injured Saturday night in a win against South Alabama and had surgery Monday.

Senior Dwayne Maddox will start in Manning's place at weakside linebacker.

Manning is fifth on the team with 14 tackles.

The Wolfpack visit Cincinnati on Thursday night.
