Glennon, Wolfpack Offense Struggling To Get Moving

RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) -- North Carolina State's Mike Glennon is off to a slow start after two games, though the Wolfpack quarterback says the offense is learning from its mistakes and will improve.

Glennon threw four interceptions in the opening loss to Tennessee, then directed the Wolfpack to just 10 points in last weekend's win at Connecticut. N.C. State will play its first home game Saturday against South Alabama.

Coach Tom O'Brien says the team has to protect Glennon better up front. He also says the receivers have to run better routes and Glennon must make better decisions.

Glennon threw 31 touchdown passes last year in his first season as the starter. He has just two in two games.
