Duke's Mason Plumlee Weighs NBA Draft Options

DURHAM, N.C. (AP) -- Duke forward Mason Plumlee is considering entering the NBA draft early.

His father Perky Plumlee told The Associated Press on Thursday that his son is gathering information but that no decision has been made.

Perky Plumlee says he doesn't expect his son to decide until sometime closer to the deadline. The NCAA says underclassmen who haven't hired agents must declare their draft intentions by April 10.

Plumlee started 31 of 34 games as a junior for the Blue Devils (27-7) and averaged 11.1 points and 9.2 rebounds. He was the ACC's third-leading rebounder.
