Chocolate Coated Peanuts

Ingredients

  • 1 package semisweet chocolate
  • 2 1/2 cups shelledroasted peanuts–Virginia type, skins on

    Directions

    1.) Melt chocolate pieces in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water.

    2.) Add peanuts and stir to coat.

    3.) Turn out on waxed paper.

    4.) Separate with a fork.

    5.) Allow to cool.
