A unique way to put those turkey leftovers to good use.
Ingredients
2 cups solid or cubed cooked turkey
1/2 cup sour cream
4-oz. cream cheese
1 cup grated swiss cheese
2 tablespoons honey dijon mustard
1/2 cup celery
2 8-oz. cans of crescent rolls
1 egg white
sliced almonds
Directions
1. Mix turkey, sour cream, swiss cheese, honey mustard and celery in a large mixing bowl.
2. Roll out crescent rolls and separate into individual triangles. Arrange triangle crescent rolls into a circle on a cookie sheet or baking stone with large end toward the middle of the ring. Spoon mixture into a circle on the crescent rolls. Wrap the small end of the crescent rolls toward the center, making the dough into the shape of a wreath.
3. Brush on egg white to make thin glaze.
4. Top with sliced almonds
5. Bake at 375 degrees for 23 - 25 minutes until rolls turn a golden brown.
