Marvin Daugherty's Sausage Wontons
Makes about 50 using small muffin pan
Ingredients
1 lb. sausage (makes about 2 cups when cooked)
1 small can of sliced black olives
1 and one-half cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 and one-half cups grated monterey jack cheese
1 package Hidden Valley dry mix
8 ounces plain yogurt or sour cream
1 package of 50 wonton wrappers
One-eighth cup crushed red pepper

Cooking In The Morning
Directions
- Combine dry mix with yogurt or sour cream.
- Add remainder of ingredients except for wonton wrappers.
- Spray small muffin tins with Pam. Line with wonton wrappers.
- Place wrappers so that they can be filled with sausage mixture after they are baked.
- Bake wrappers for 5 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Spoon sausage mixture into baked wontons.
- Return to oven and bake for 5 more minutes.
- These can be prepared ahead of time and put in refrigerator.
- Take from refrigerator and bake at 350 degrees for about 6 minutes.
