1 pkg (1 lb. 2 oz.) Oreo or other similar cookies
1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 pkgs (8 oz.) semi sweet baking chocolate
Crush 9 cookies finely in food processor and set aside.
Crush remaining cookies (about 3 dozen) in medium bowl.
Add cream chesse until well blended.
Roll mixture into 40 to 42 1-inch balls.
Melt the chocolate.
Dip the balls in chocolate and sit on wax paper.
Then sprinkle with cookie crumbs that were set aside and store in refrigerator.
