1 Whole Pineapple
½ tsp Cinnamon
- Cut pineapple lengthwise into 6 sections. Slice out flesh of pineapple and cut out core. Cut pineapple into 1" chunks.
- Place chunks into warm sauce pan.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and a drop or two of vanilla.
- Turn fruit over occasionally. Warm for about two minutes, or until carmelized to your liking.
Enjoy! You’ll never look pineapple the same old way. Works wonderful on the grill, too! Experiment with different fruit for some family fun.
