One-half cup of peanut butter
3 and one-half tablespoon non-fat powdered dry milk
1 teaspoon of honey
Combine the ingredients and roll into small balls. Store in refrigerator.
I usually roll the balls in crushed walnuts and brown sugar before storing in refrigerator. You can roll the balls in other kinds of nuts, sunflower seeds, raisins or coconut if you wish. Enjoy!
