For “the cook who doesn’t like to cook.”
- 2 pkgs beef flavored Ramen noodles
- 16 oz broccoli slaw (or shredded slaw mix and small broccoli flowerets)
- 1 bunch green onion, sliced if available
- 1 cup sunflower kernel seeds
- 1 cup slivered toasted almonds (okay if not toasted) Mixed nuts will work, also.
- Crush noodles in the pkg. Place crushed noodles and flavor pack contents in a large bowl, adding slaw, onions, seeds and nuts.
- Mix together in a small bowl:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup oil
- Pour mixture over slaw mixture, stir well and chill.
