Mini Pecan Muffins
Growing up with pecan trees all around led to a lot of pecan recipes. This another favorite served up for breakfast every Christmas morning.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup melted margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs beaten
Directions
Combine all ingredients and bake in a mini muffin pan at 350 for 15 minutes.
