- Graham Crackers
- 2 sticks Butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 cups of chopped pecans
Spray a 13x9 inch cookie sheet with cooking spray. Place unbroken graham crackers (usually one package plus 2) in cookie sheet. Spread pecans. Melt 2 sticks of butter and add 1/2 cup sugar. Boil for 2 minutes. Pour butter mixture over pecans and crackers.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven. As soon as bubbling stops, cut into small squares. If you wait too long, they are two hard to cut.
