A third prison sentence has been handed down in the murder of a homeless man last year in Onslow County.
In Jacksonville Thursday, 29 year-old Jay Oldaker was sentenced to 12 and a half to 16 years in prison for the death of 41 year-old Michael Kozak.
Oldaker plead guilty to second degree murder in February.
Two other co-defendants, Jason Blackmon and Dustin Newcome, pleaded guilty a few weeks ago.
The three said they killed Kozak and gutted him because he supposedly kissed a young girl.
