$3 Million Lotto Winner Hits It Big Again With $10 Million Ticket

Months after a 39-year-old man won $3 million from a Florida Lottery Monopoly scratch-off ticket, he won another jackpot.

This time, it was $10 million top prize in the lottery's Billion
Dollar Blockbuster scratch-off game, lottery officials said Monday.

Jody Massengale, a general manager at Mellow Mushroom on Panama City Beach, chose a one-time, lump-sum payment, which amounts to $6.5 million before taxes.

Massengale says it is "awesome" to win twice.

Florida Lottery officials say the Billion Dollar Blockbuster game, which
costs $20 per ticket, has the highest cash payout of the scratch
off games. They say six $10 million prizes remain.

Lucky man! If I thought I even had a chance of winning a hefty amount I would play. I don't play though bc I am scared of losing my money every time.
