Sagging Economy Is Not Frightening Halloween Shoppers

The sagging economy apparently won't stop people from spending some cash for Halloween.

The National Retail Federation says people will actually spend a little more on the spooky holiday this year than last. The average American will spend about 66 dollars on Halloween this year.

The Federation says Halloween might be a bright spot for retailers this Fall.
